The Apartment is in the posh GK-1 locality of south Delhi. Moolchand and kailash colony metro stations are a short walk. The apartment is well ventilated with ample natural light and tastfully done up. There are 2 bedroom with ensuite bath & balcony, huge living room with sofa bed, bathroom & balcony+fully equipped kitchen +WIFI. N&M block Market are walking distance from the apartment, the markets have restaurants, cafes, shops etc. There are many convenience stores close to the apartment. The space Independent apartment on the 2nd floor with lift. There are 2 Bedrooms with ACs, Heaters, modular wardrobes, en-suite bath and attached balcony. One of the bedrooms has TV with cable connection; the second bedroom has a study/ work station. A huge Living room with luxury furnishings, AC, sofa cum bed and a 55' LED SmartTV with complimentary Amazon prime subscription, dining table. An open modular kitchen with a 650Lt refrigerator, microwave and induction stove apart from a toaster, kettle, pots and pans etc. High speeds WIFI connection. There are 3 bathrooms with shower. A Fully Automatic Siemens Washing Machine installed for your use along with an iron and ironing table. Induction Cooking utensils are provided including Pressure Cooker. There are glasses, cup saucers, cutlery & serving dishes Teabags, Sugar, Milk Sachets, Coffee sachets are all provided. Cleaning Soap, Hand wash, Shampoo are all provided on arrival & replenished. Free indoor car park is available on property for 1 car. Guest access The whole apartment Other things to note House Rules Strictly no parties or get togethers etc. allowed. No music going out of the apartment can be played and late night noise in the common areas of the apartment building is a strict no. Also no decoration can be stuck on ceiling, walls, furniture and equipment. Visitors upto a max of 2 are allowed only till 8.30pm, beyond that they will be considered as guests staying and need to pay the extra person charges. Guests are required to leave the keys with the 24x7 caretaker or pay Rs. 3000 as a key deposit for key loss. Any guest who wants to park their car in the building premises needs to leave their car keys with the building guard else they are not allowed to park inside.  All guest and visitors are required to carry a valid government issued ID or passport that can be checked by the management or caretaker or the guard upon arrival and before entering the property.  Strictly No Smoking in the building. Guests can step out on the balconies and smoke. Cleaning fee of Rs. 1500 shall be charge if you smoke inside the building.  Strictly no consumption of any drugs or narcotic substances anywhere in the premises.  The room will be cleaned once in 2 days.  Kindly switch off all electrical appliances and fittings including the air-con before leaving the apartment, incase left on we reserve the right to enter the apartment.  Please note – Check out time is 11 am.  Loud noise/music and parties are not allowed.  Please take care of your belongings and valuables, management will not be responsible of any loss.  Any damages/breakage/loss to the property shall be charged for.  Please do not take any linen, towel, accessories and amenities provided, out of the premises at any time.  If you would like to tip the housekeeping/security person, tip box is provided in the room.  Incase of a power cut which is beyond our control, only the fans and some lights would work.
