The house is located in a small hamlet in the countryside in Pays de Redon. Completely renovated in 2023, the cottage can accommodate up to 6 people looking for a peaceful and relaxing place. A large living room offers you the opportunity to prepare and enjoy good meals in the kitchen area and to rest in the lounge area. Outside you can enjoy a large garden. Our accommodation invites you to take your time and slow down during your stay! The space The cottage is composed on the ground floor of a spacious living room including the kitchen, dining room and living room and a double bedroom. The ground floor is also equipped with a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, a landing overlooking two bedrooms and the bathroom with toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second has two single beds. In front of the house you have access to a large garden with a table and armchairs. We provide a barbecue. Guest access During your stay you have access to the entire rental. Other things to note The rental is 15 km from Redon, its many shops and restaurants. Much closer in the village, you will find a grocery store, butcher and bread depot. 3 km away, a charming bistro with terrace invites you to relax after a walk along the Vilaine. Many excursions await you in the region such as walks along the Vilaine or in the surrounding forests, the Marais de Gannedel, the megalithic site in Saint Just, the summer photo exhibition in La Gacilly, the medieval village of Rochefort-en-Terre, the port in La Roche-Bernard, the Brocéliande forest and the sea within an hour's drive. If you love horses, we recommend horseback riding lessons or rides at the Chevaux de Cojoux in Saint Just. The house is located on a quiet country road. It should be noted that the garden is on the other side of this road.
