Welcome to your home away from home in the beautiful West Highlands neighborhood of Denver! This newly-renovated guest suite features a unique Queen-sized loft bed, a breakfast nook and coffee bar, a home office, private parking and an outdoor patio. You are a short 10-minute drive to downtown, a 5-minute walk to Highlands Square shops and restaurants, and a mile from the famous Sloan’s Lake park. The space This home was designed with your ultimate comfort in mind! The 'cozy corner' bed is framed by an LED rope light + remote, for you to customize the ideal ambiance during your stay. There’s a futon couch for additional sleeping space, as well as extra sheets, blankets and pillows. There is ample wall hooks, hangers, and a dresser for clothing storage. In addition to the home office, you also have a Smart TV and high-speed WiFi. The entry room includes a mini fridge, Brita, microwave, Keurig with K-cups/tea, dish ware, and complimentary snacks for your stay. The bathroom has a tall shower with great water pressure, laundry, blow dryer and clothing steamer, as well as additional cubby storage. Other amenities include an area fan and central heating. This guest suite is located down stairs, and the loft bed has a 2-step stool fastened to the wall for ease of access. Guest access You will have total, private access to the lower unit of the house, and a keyless entry pad for coming and going. You have your own private parking space and access to the shared back yard, and patio tables. Other things to note Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Daily housekeeping is not included; however if you have an extended stay, let me know if you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning.
