Joe & The Heritage Villa

It is a quite relaxing place in a rural setting environment with existence of unique vegetation, 17 mins drive to Marangu gate, starting point to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. In a clear day there are locations near the Villa where you can view Mount Kilimanjaro. You can also enjoy local foods, local drink (mbege), varieties of beers, wines, gin, whisky, barbecued meat, chicken, pork and fish. Traditional Chagga food (Mtori, Kiburu, Ndizi machalari) is served on request. The space The Villa is in a banana/coffee farm with exotic trees that provides fantastic shade and habitat for birds. All rooms are full contained with bathroom and working station. All rooms are full ventilated with good view of the garden and the farm. Guest access Guests can access the common seating room, dinning area, laundry room and if needed farm tour. During your stay Though the Manager will be there to provide any support or information, I as a host I will always be available to help or assist. Other things to note Apart from bed and breakfast, lunch and dinner can also be ordered. For guests who enjoy driving a self drive vehicle or vehicle and driver can be provided with additional fee.
