This beach apartment is what you and your family are looking for in a tropical getaway. The palm trees and the view to the ocean will take your breath away. The apartment is on the second floor of a three flight building, a short walk up a set of stairs. You can walk out from the building to one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico. We are 25 miles from the San Juan airport and 30 miles from Old San Juan, nearby Rio Grande offers casinos and fine dining. Fajardo is within 15 minutes. The space This apartment is a three bedroom / two bath, perfect for families who enjoy nature and want a relaxing, stress free vacation. The master bedroom has king sized bed, ceiling fan and a wall A/C unit. The master bedroom also has its own master bath with a shower tub. The second bedroom has two full sized beds, ceiling fan and a wall A/C unit. The third bedroom has two single beds, ceiling fan and a wall A/C unit. The second bathroom is located right next to the bedrooms, in the hallway. Guest access The apartment is almost 1000' and it has its own marked parking space for one car. It is easy to find street parking, except on major holidays. Other things to note Puertorican celebrate holidays and weekends with family and friends, therefore expect the beach more crowded and noisy...this allow for a cultural experience. I admire how the families gather together to celebrate anything…there is always a reason to have fun, food and music. Occasional power downs occur as electricity is restored throughout the island.
