This spacious 4 bedroom townhouse is situated on the upper left side of the Sasquatch Mountain Resort. Sasquatch Mountain in Hemlock valley is a great destination year round from skiing, snowshoeing and tubing to hiking and mountain biking! The home is fully furnished, including linens, towels and basic necessities for your comfort and convenience. There's a gas fireplace, smart TV, bluetooth soundbar, wifi, large stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, private deck and 5 person hot tub. The space Updated 4 Bedroom townhouse that is perfect for 2 families or a group of about 10 people (3 Level, 1750 square feet). The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms: one room has a king bed, the other has 2 bunk beds. Bathroom with shower between these rooms. The 2nd floor has living room with 65" smart TV and bluetooth sound bar for movies and music. There is a powder room and games closet on this level. Down the hall is the kitchen that is fully stocked. Appliances include: dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, fridge, freezer. Kitchen items such as dinnerware, glassware, utensils, cooking tools, salt & pepper, oil, tea, coffee, sugar, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, dishwasher pods are provided. Private deck is located off the kitchen with a small BBQ, bistro set and hot tub. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms: one queen bed in each room. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower. There's a bench in the entryway for ease of getting shoes and boots on. There's many coat hooks and a closet for your gear. The laundry machines are in the closet of one of the lower floor bedrooms. Laundry detergent is provided for about 6 loads. We can accommodate 2-3 vehicles in our shared driveway with unit 4. (In the summer months, you might be able to park more vehicles) Guest access The whole townhouse minus 2 locked storage supply closets. Other things to note -Be advised that Transportation BC requires you to carry chains from October 1 to March 31 -7km of the road up the mountain is gravel -The road up has sharp turns -Multi-levels (not a good option if you have mobility challenges) -Pet friendly -Power outages can occur (we do not have a generator, but provide battery operated lanterns.
