This 6-person accommodation has 2 bedrooms as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation is attached to our house but independent, with the least possible overlooking, thanks to the layout and vegetation. Large bay windows offer stunning views of nature with the sea in the background. We are located 600 m from Trenez beach, within walking distance, from where you can reach the GR34 coastal path. A convenience store is 1.5 km away, the village of Moelan is 6 km away. The space The 70 m2 accommodation has 2 bedrooms with 180 cm beds, and a dressing room. The sofa bed in the living room opens very easily and has drawers just below it to store bedding. TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. The bathroom has a shower, 2 sinks, a toilet and a washing machine. There is also a second separate toilet. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge and induction stove. The 30 m2 private terrace features garden furniture, a pergola, 2 deckchairs and a barbecue with the essentials. All roller shutters are electrified. A fenced garden of 300 m2 is available. Private and free parking space. The accommodation has been designed to allow movement with a wheelchair. Baby equipment available: high chair, folding crib, chair booster. We are located 600 m from Trenez beach, within walking distance, swimming is supervised in season. On this beach is the "Bar des Îles", from (May to October) a converted English bus, which offers cocktails, ice cream and light meals. 2 km away is Kerfany-les-Pins beach with a large playground for children and the restaurant ''Auberge de la Mer''.
