The space Ground floor: - A 60 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood provided subject to availability) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Separate WC 1st floor: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedrooms 3 and 4: two single beds - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC 2nd floor: - A summer lounge with kitchen and direct access to the garden and swimming pool For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer. Outside: - A private (unheated) 8x4m swimming pool, covered by a shelter and open from May to September (opening dates non-contractual, subject to weather conditions). - A terrace and small garden of around 60 m², on the ground floor, with parasol and furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - A second large terrace of around 140 m², on the 2nd floor, with parasol and furniture, overlooking the garden and swimming pool. - A lovely 200 m² sunny enclosed garden The house is ideally located in La Bresse, in a very pleasant environment and just a 10-minute walk from public transport. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : La Bresse, in the Hautes Vosges, is a summer and winter sports resort. In summer and winter alike, the Vosges offers a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits: In winter : - Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas, including La Bresse-Hohneck (3 minutes away by car), the largest ski area in the Vosges. - Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs). - Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic ski area: 50 km of runs for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, toboggan runs, ice rink. In summer: - Over 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike trails, Lac des Corbeaux, Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing... - Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial... - Visits: confectionery, clog-making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), Alsace villages and vineyards (Colmar 1h15 away). Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage of the house, which can accommodate one vehicle, or in the car park in front of the house, which can accommodate 3 other vehicles.
