Good day to all, Our cottage offers the charm of cottage and comfort in the unique environment of Slapská Přehrada. A place that has preserved the romance of cottage settlements and we have completed it. Here you will find everything for a perfect stay and relaxation. Need to escape the city, enjoy a romantic weekend, recharge your batteries? Be closer to nature and relax with the whole family in this quiet place or make your work vacation calmer and more beautiful. Enjoy a sky full of stars on the terrace or in the hot tub. The space The cottage is located in the recreational settlement of Hrdlička. The garden area can provide you with peace suitable for meditation and relaxation with a safe place for children to play and on a private fenced property. On the other hand, near the cottage there is a bench on a rock overlooking the river. Bedrooms, rooms and other rooms: Inside the cottage you will find a modern living room, with a comfortable sofa overlooking the countryside, a TV with internet and apps such as Netflix and HBO, and a weather station. Behind the living area there is an open core of the cottage, with a historic stove, sleeping areas (1x double bed and 1x sofa bed 140x200), kitchen with dining table equipped with induction hob, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster with contact grill function. Sanitary facilities: From the open room you enter a separate bathroom, which is designed in a village wooden style. Equipped with a shower with hot water, a flushing toilet, a sink with a mirror, a toilet cabinet, a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Heating: Underfloor heating throughout the building for comfort and warmth even in the winter months. In addition, there is the possibility to heat the house with the historic stove. Attention, the stove can only be heated with wooden briquettes, the wood that is on the property is used for the outdoor fireplace! Air conditioning is available during the summer months. Transport, parking: On the fenced plot there is the possibility to park 2 passenger cars, or one larger car. The property is accessible by public road and the entrance to the property is directly adjacent to the public road. Catering Just 400 meters from us you will find a pleasant village restaurant. If you feel like something special, the famous Svatojánská Rotunda restaurant is only 3.5 km away. And 4.5 km away, the magical atmosphere of the Lost Mill awaits you. The nearest grocery store is located in the village of Čím, about 2 km away. If you are looking for a larger selection, you will find the COOP supermarket in Nový Knín, about 7 km away. For shopping in Lidl, Penny, Billa you can head to Dobříš, which is about 15 km away. There are also a lot of cafes. Cottage equipment: TV, internet, air conditioning, heating, hot water, JBL speakers, Nesspresso coffee machine, contact electric grill, stove, oven, water softener, stove, board games, darts, children's outdoor playground, books, magazines, SMART lighting, SMART irrigation, automatic mowing and lawn maintenance. On the terrace: you will find a comfortable garden couch, armchairs, parasol, blankets, electric grill and charcoal grill. You can also use the hot tub (for a fee), outdoor fireplace, electric darts. We also rent paddleboards for a fee. (2 pcs) There is a children's playground and a children's pool. From the cottage there is a direct path to the beach, which serves the owners and vacationers of the Hrdlička settlement (and therefore is not crowded). Guest access Our guests can use the entire cottage, garden, barbecue, fireplace and terrace and enclosed parking within the property. Other things to note Additional information/fees: Hot tub - price = 30 € / 750czk / Night - on the day of arrival filled with fresh, new water, added disinfectant salts, heated to a basic 34 degrees - minimum rental period is 2 nights Stove: - the customer can bring their own wooden briquettes - it is not possible to use wood from the forest or wood intended for an outdoor fireplace! - Pack of wooden briquettes = 15 € /375 CZK (each open package) - consumption of approximately 1 package per day - possibility of daily - heating, or night - maintenance briquettes. - The distribution of open fires is controlled by the competent authorities (usually prohibited in extreme heat). Pets: - In general, we like animals and especially pets, but after previous experience we are forced to charge a fee. - water and food bowls are available. - beds and couches are forbidden for them. Payment can be made on the spot by cash / bank transfer, or after prior communication by adjusting the offer via Airbnb.
