Owner is onsite in main residence. Guest access 4-ac lake with access to (2) kayaks, paddleboat and aluminum row boat. Catch and release fishing for large bass and panfish. A charcoal kettle grill/Weber is available for outdoor grilling (charcoal and lighter fluid not included). Also an outside area with fire pit and stockpile of wood for evening fires.
