If additional parking is needed, guest spots are the non-numbered spots found around the neighborhood. Parking on sidewalks or in numbered spots may result in being towed at the guests cost. The garage will hold a vehicle that is maximum 19.5 feet long, 92 inches wide and 81 inches tall. Stairs are required to access all parts of the home. Stays over 28 days require a signed lease agreement and copy of state issued ID. We provide one garage door opener. There will be a $75 charge if this is lost or not returned. 2 outdoor cameras for safety, one driveway facing and one back yard facing.
