For +10 guests, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and a full kitchen. Outdoor shower, lounge chairs, umbrella, breakfast bar, and barbecue grill on the terrace. Large Sony TV (75"), IZZI TV (Open, Movies, Sports and Kids), Home Theater (5.1CH), PS3, Movies, Games and more! Just 15 minutes from TEC Cuernavaca, with restaurants and convenience stores 5 minutes away. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, the 2nd has a double and single bed, and the 3rd has a bunk bed with a double bed (bottom) and single bed (top) and a work desk. It has 2 air mattresses and an electric pump. It can accommodate up to 12 people with the beds and mattresses available. It has all the amenities and comforts to rest and relax during a fantastic vacation! The pool has a HEATING system through a Heat Pump (electrical system that does not use solar panels or a boiler, so it is more efficient, safe and reliable since it does not use gas or depend on the sun on cloudy days before and/or during your stay). It works at night to heat the water up to +30 degrees Celsius (this service has an additional cost and is paid separately, please check with the Host). The pool has Venetian tile on its entire surface, 6 steps for entry / exit and aluminum ladder. The measurements are approximately 9 meters (length) X 3 meters (width) X 1.50 meters deep. It has a roll-up thermal cover to cover the pool during the night or day (it is necessary to use it when the Heating System is activated). The house has an excellent location when you have an event in many of the Gardens of Xochitepec and Chiconcuac. The house is less than 10 minutes from the main Gardens, such as: Rincón Dorado, Hacienda de Chiconcuac, VistaLuna, PiedraAlta, Quinta Puerta de Agua and many more! Guest access Front and back garden. A rear terrace with a 3-level water fountain and an outdoor breakfast bar for 4 people in front of the pool, which has an "L" design with a children's paddling pool (30cm) and an entry/exit ladder for adults (up to 1.50 meters deep). Direct access to the living room through the front garden and access to the back garden through the dining room. Solar heater and gas boiler with stationary tank. Automatic washing machine with roof outside the house. Other things to note We have 4 ground rules for our guests: (1) Take care of your home. (2) Noise (music, voices, etc.) is not allowed after 10 pm at night due to residential policy. This is to ensure residents and guests get a good night's rest. (3) No pets or large dogs. Only small pets. This is due to residential policy for the safety of children or older adults. Pets have an additional cost of 250 pesos. (4) Large PETS are not allowed, only small ones. Pets are not allowed in the rooms, nor are they allowed to climb on the beds, armchairs, and cushions in the living room. They can't get into the pool either. This is due to the security, health and tranquility policies of the residential complex and your home. Violation of these rules could result in the collection of the security deposit, either partially or totally. Regarding noise, if the guest does not comply with the aforementioned rule, they could be subject to additional penalties that the residential administration deems applicable, from a direct request for noise reduction to a notice/support from the authorities. NOTE: The Pool Heating System has an additional cost to the stay. Please check/request the host at least 3 days in advance.
