Orbregno Country House Chalet

The 2-story house is on a beautiful hill of Monferrato in the village of Orbregno. The house, entirely made of stone and wood, has been renovated maintaining the characteristics of the ancient rural houses of the place. The house overlooks a courtyard shared with other houses where there is the possibility of using the stone olla and eating under a beautiful centuries-old tree. The space The house is spread over two floors. Above is the bedroom and on the ground floor there is the kitchenette (fridge, freezer and stove but there is no oven), the bathroom, the terrace and the dining room. The space is heated by a gas heater or a romantic wood burning stove. Guest access The house is entirely for you. The upper and lower courtyard is shared with other homes I own. You can take advantage of the soapstone or the bbq (SHARED WITH the OTHER PROPERTIES) perfect for lunches, dinners and parties! Other things to note In our area are still produced excellent wines such as Barbera and Dolcetto as they used to. For rentals longer than 30 days, the expenses of utilities (electricity, gas, water, wood) will be payable (that is, they must be added to this rental price). Wifi available upon advance request (router and sim card) for rentals longer than 5 days at a rate (router and) for rentals for more than 5 days.
