Villa Sandlyckan

Our house is built 2018 and is located close to the Swedish west coast. The house is very child-friendly and there are plenty of toys for both indoor and outdoor use. There is only a direct neighbour in one direction and at the back side of the house is a large grass meadow. There is 10 min bike ride to the ocean and family-friendly beaches, both sand and rocks. 15 min drive to Gothenburg. The bus stops just outside the house and takes you to central Gothenburg in approx. 25 min. The space Ground floor: Kitchen, dining area for 6-8 people, living room with large sofa and TV. Bathroom with shower. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Porch door to the garden. Upper floor: 3 bedrooms +1 walk-in closet / office with a extra bed. Bedroom 1, "master bedroom" with 180 cm bed (king-size bed), bedroom 2-3 "the kids rooms", queen size beds in each room (120 cm) + 90 cm inflatable matress. Lots of toys! Also a family room with a sofa and TV. Bathroom with shower. Garden: Large terrace outside the house with a bbq grill, dinner table for 6 and two sofas for relaxing. There is also a trampoline for the kids (an adults of course!).
