Our home has a 4K TV, coffee maker, expresso machine, dishwasher, table games, books, oriental cushions, plants, a family size wool blanket-> all for your comfort! You will find light colors, yellows and blues throughout the home. We believe these are pleasant and help set the mood. Our motto is “beach, relax, repeat” The space Warm colors, velvet blue materials throughout and some seaside amenities are best to describe our home. You will be staying in a a lovely apartment that is part of a two family residence. We hope you enjoy your time in The City By The Sea Guest access Apartment is located on the second floor. There is a balcony for relaxation which gets a fresh breeze even on the warmest of days. Other things to note 3 adult beach passes plus 1 senior beach pass are included. Be mindful that replacement cost will be $100 per pass if lost. Please use recycling receptacles. Mechanical room, 1 storage closet are not accessible. Please make sure to close doors when leaving for everyone’s safety.
