No smoking, no pet policy please. The space This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath basement suite with a private entry. There is also a floor mattress already set up in case sleeping arrangement is needed in addition to the queen bed in the bedroom. The living room is very spacious. We live upstairs and will be available for any assistance or questions you may have. Guest access Self check in with keys available in a keybox.
