Guest access The grounds provide plenty of space to park cars, trucks, trailers and boats. For larger boats, there is a boat launch ramp just a mile down the road. The St. James Bay Resort sits across the street. They charge a very reasonable daily fee to use their amenities (including a swimming pool, tennis & pickle ball courts, a gym, restaurant, and more. Their Audubon-rated golf course is open to the public for a fee and is spectacular! Guests will have access to all of the Blu Pearl property except for one closet and one cabinet. This is your private getaway to enjoy with friends and/or family. Other things to note The Forgotten Coast and our tranquil neighborhood is ideal for a vacation stay away from city life. The area is safe and quiet.
