(and Florida's most amazing beach is nearby ; ) The space Two large upstairs bedrooms provide plenty of space. Two full bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs, provide privacy and the downstairs features a roll-in shower. There is a large living space downstairs with a separate dining area next to the kitchen. The kitchen has a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and is fully stocked with dishware, utensils, cookware, a Keurig, a standard coffee maker and a French Press. Guest access You are welcome to use any outdoor space but please do not enter the bird sanctuary or the shed. The main house is for owners only. Other things to note WATCH FOR GOPHER TORTOISES! THERE ARE A NUMBER OF THEM AND ALL TOO EASY TO RUN OVER!!!! They are a local, and endangered, species so please watch when you come & go. To make sure we know when you arrive & depart, there is a security camera on the driveway to view the front arrival area. There's a door code for entry, and a back-up lockbox to avoid any access issues.
