Private entry with self check-in / check-out, big and comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen and your own luxurious bathroom: You´ll feel right at home. Got some time to spare? Just chill out in our private colonial style barbecue area... It's waiting for you. Grill away! SANITIZED SPACES: We are doing everything possible to offer a safe space to our guests. Therefore, before your arrival we always clean and disinfect all surfaces. We are pioneers in the use of advanced disinfection technologies in our Airbnbs. Rest assured that your safety and well being is our top priority. Our sanitization and disinfection protocols include: -Hand Sanitizer dispensers in each room -Professional ozone generator: It is used periodically to eliminate biological contaminants such as mold, viruses and bacteria. -Use of biodegradable and food grade disinfectants -Placement of quality seals in sanitary ware -Bed linens, towels, etc, are always clean, fresh and sanitized. -Single use courtesy items -PPE (personal protective equipment) for our cleaning staff -Amongst others Guest access You can make full use of your private Tiny House, the beautiful gardens and the outdoor BBQ area. Please check with your host :-) Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the bedroom or closed areas :-) The BBQ area is for guests only. If you use the grill, dishes or other shared amenities please make sure you clean afterwards. The trash deposits are right in front of the property ;-). Please have in mind that no outside visitors are allowed. Minors are not allowed as guests if their parents or legal tutors are not present. We offer some courtesy snacks that we leave in your room´s minibar.
