Welcome to Heart and Sol, one of Seabrook's premier Oceanfront beach cottages! We invite you to come and make beach side memories that last a lifetime. The cottage is professionally furnished to make your stay at the beach both comfortable and unforgettable. Enjoy cooking and preparing meals in a true chef's kitchen, playing games in the living room next to the cozy fireplace, or relax reading a favorite book on the velvet soft couch, all while looking out at the amazing coastline. The cottage is located in Seabrook's Pacific Glen oceanfront neighborhood and situated on the property to take in a complete 180 degree unobstructed view of the rugged Washington beach. This neighborhood is positioned on the beach promenade that leads to a sloping path with a gazebo vista and stairs to the beach. Seabrook's Town Center is a 2 minute walk away, where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, and activities right in the heart of town. The main cottage has three bedrooms, including one on the main floor, and two upstairs. All three bedrooms have their own full bath. The main floor bedroom has a king bed and small desk. The upstairs primary bedroom faces the ocean and has a king bed and chaise lounge. The upstairs secondary bedroom has a queen bed and faces the town. The cottage also has a private hot tub, two TV's, cable, Wifi, Sonos sound system, full laundry, DVD/Blue Ray, Xbox 360, board games and Weber gas grill. In addition, there is a detached carriage house just steps from the cottage. The light-filled carriage house is comfortably furnished with a queen bed, full bathroom, sofa and desk. Additionally, the carriage house has basic small appliances including a coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator and microwave. For those with electric vehicle charging needs, a NEMA 14-50 outlet is available for use in the garage of Heart and Sol. Ask the pool attendant for assistance to be on your way to planning all kinds of games year-round! Please obtain a free parking pass from Guest Services when parking on the street. A rental agreement will be sent 2 days prior to your arrival date. It will need to be signed prior to check-in.
