The house is situated on a 5 acre ranch and features high end modern appliances, entertainment system and hot tub. The two-bedroom one-bath cottage is located halfway between Solvang and the quaint town of Los Olivos. Stroll remote country lanes and enjoy views of rolling hills and the nearby goats, llamas and horses! The space The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The main bedroom has 1 king bed and the second bedroom features a unique bunk bed with a double, twin and trundle bed making this cottage ideal for a family or two couples. The cottage is secluded and private with a separate entrance with plenty of room for parking 2 vehicles. High end kitchen appliances allow you to enjoy that gourmet meal after a day of wine tasting. Enjoy a movie or sports on the 65 inch TV with enhanced sound system or just relax in the hot tub or cozy up with a good book in front of the fireplace. Please note that our permit allows for a maximum of 4 guests not including minor children. Ideal guests would be two couples or families.
