Unenclosed private land of 1300 m2, important green space, terraces or not covered and apart from parking on the property, the possibility of also putting a car under covered shelter The space Ground floor: living room with fireplace/insert, pellet stove, open to the dining room with direct access to balcony/outdoor terrace, fully equipped kitchen, 1 single bedroom, 1 toilet, 1 shower room; upstairs (beautiful flooring) 2 double bedrooms including one open to mezzanine/workshop partition with desk area, 1 bathroom(bathtub and shower, bidet, sink) The cottage does not have an outdoor railing (terrace/balcony) by visual choice and the interior staircase does not have fixed barriers for children. ( a mobile barrier to be used with vigilance) One level of heating in winter: central heating with a functional heater in each room + pellet stove (both work with a thermostat system not to be touched so as not to disturb anything) + wood insert. For the different heating systems we appreciate guests who respect the advice provided at check-in and not those who for lack of listening disturb everything and complain once they leave (pity). We are at altitude; here too we ask you to close all the shutters to leave the cold outside as well as the garage/hallway communication door.
