#68 Classic Harbor Cottage (aka “Diversion”)

This circa 1900 ocean cottage is available for rent during spring, summer, and fall in the lovely village of Sebasco, Maine. Sebasco is known as a small fishing and resort village within the town of Phippsburg, a peninsula extending south from the city of Bath to Small Point, Popham Beach, Fort Popham, and other historic landmarks. You'll have excellent views from the cottage and a comfortable home base for your adventures. The space Modern style cottage with seaside colors inside and a classic look outside. There are 3 rooms upstairs, including a bunkbed room, and a small loft area where young children can enjoy writing, reading, coloring, or playing games. Guest access Entire main floor and upstairs is yours to use. The basement is locked for safety, but accessible by key, if absolutely necessary. Other things to note There are adjacent cottages belonging to seasonal families. The grassy areas down front near the water are shared. Please be respectful of neighbors and their properties, as they would for you, too.
