Guest access The building is nestled on quiet, exclusive Cervantes Street—perfectly positioned between the beach and lively Ashford Avenue. Unlike major streets, this location is peaceful and free from city noise; you can even hear the ocean from inside the apartment with the windows closed. Street parking is available wherever you see meters (they’re not enforced and indicate legal parking). Additional parking can also be found near Antonia Quiñones Park or Calle Candina. On-site parking may be arranged in advance for a small fee. Other things to note Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Proper clothing is required when accessing the common areas of the building to be respectful of our neighbors. This is a Residential Building. Please be conscious of loud noises after hours. Our property quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. This is in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community and Building HOA, so we appreciate you following our “house rules” during your stay. We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. Puerto Rico’s power grid can sometimes be unreliable, and while unlikely, there is a chance you may experience a power outage. We follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve the hosting experience including an external Amazon BLINK Camera installed above the main entrance door and a Minut device installed inside of the property. The Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (in decibels dB) and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay.
