Other things to note Guests must note and comply with the following in order stay at our property within Black Tusk Village: > ONE MONTH (28 nights) minimum reservation is required. > Maximum 3 vehicles permitted in the driveway. > Guests must inform owners of inviting others to the home. > Max occupancy of 8 people for overnights. > Shoes must be removed upon entry. > Hypoallergenic dogs only. Please inquire with us regarding having your pet stay with you. > Keep toilets, sinks, drains free from items not flushable. > The posted speed limit is 25 km/h. Ensure your guests, are aware of and observe the speed limits. You will be liable for fines for infractions. > Dogs on common property including roadways must be on leash. > No open wood burning fires allowed on common land and private lots. > No smoking on common lands – including marijuana. > Parking is prohibited on roadways from November 1- March 31 to facilitate snow removal. Otherwise parking on the roadways is limited to 6 hours in a 24-hour period. > There are no garbage or recycling facilities in Black Tusk.
