The NAIA airport is just 20-30mins via Skyway. *Is this Azure Urban Resort Residences or Paris Hilton Beach Club Resort? >No. What we have is a much better option, without the crowds. *Is the place in a convenient location? >Yes. Our place boasts a strategic location close to a range of amenities including malls, salons, banks, and restaurants. >What's even more convenient is the fact that we have a laundry shop, cafe, and convenience store within the same building. Saves you the hassle of stepping outside while on vacation!!! *Do you allow early/late check-in? >Yes. We can arrange early or late check-ins on a case-by-case basis for a fee of 150 pesos per hour (for early check-in). Kindly coordinate with the host first to avoid any inconvenience and conflicting bookings. *Do you allow late check-out? >No. Our standard check-out time is at 11 AM to ensure that we have enough time to clean and prepare the unit for the next guest. Thank you for your cooperation! *Can we cook? >Absolutely! Our fully-equipped kitchen comes with cooking equipment, and utensils. Just be sure to clean up after you finish cooking. If you prefer, you can also order food from Food Panda or Grab and pick it up at the lobby entrance for added convenience. *Can guests use the pool? >Definitely! The pool fee is 200php per head/day. Available for guests every Mon-Wed & Fri from 6 AM to 9 PM. Swimming attire is required. No swimming on Thurs (for cleaning). Sat, Sun, and holidays (exclusive to homeowners). *Can we bring pets? >No. As much as we love pets, they are not allowed to ensure the comfort and safety of all other guests. Thank you for your understanding! *Is there parking available? >Yes. Paid parking is available for 350 per night. Kindly let me know in advance so I can help you book a parking spot. *Can we smoke/vape/shisha inside the unit? >No. The fire alarm is sensitive and can detect all smoke coming from the unit. You will incur a penalty of 5,000 pesos. Please ask our guards where the smoking area is. *Does the place experience a power interruption? >We have a backup generator in place, so power interruptions are unlikely. However, should any other concerns arise such as the internet or water service interruptions, or if a device stops working, we're here to help. Let us know and we'll do our best to help you! *Can we bring kids? >Yes. We are a family-friendly place but please be advised that the unit is not equipped with extra facilities for them such as a baby cot, infant bathtub, etc. Kindly take note of this when you do the reservation as we want your stay to be safe and enjoyable as possible. *Will I be held responsible for any damages that may occur on the place? >Yes. As a guest, we entrust you to take good care of our home during your stay. If any damages occur, we kindly request that you inform us immediately so that we can take the necessary steps to resolve the issue and make your stay comfortable. *Do you allow visitors? >No. We do not allow visitors inside the unit to ensure the safety and privacy of all paying guests. Only registered guests are allowed to enter the unit. However, if you have Food Panda or Grab deliveries, you can have them picked up at the entrance lobby. *Do you offer discounts? >Yes. We offer good deals and discounts for our valued guests. Just make sure to add us to your favorites/wishlists so you can be updated on our latest promos. *How do you ensure that the place is clean and sanitized before every guest's stay? >We ensure a clean and sanitized place for every guest by allotting 1-3 hours of cleaning time between check-in and check-out. We always want to provide a clean and safe environment for our guests to enjoy. *Can I still cancel my booking? >No. We understand that plans may change, so we encourage you to carefully consider your booking before making a reservation as we have a strict no-cancellation policy. *Is there any requirements before checking in? >Yes. We only need the pictures of the IDs of all staying guests (should be sent at least a day before check-in). This will be forwarded to the condo management. Sensitive information can be blurred out like Passport #. *Is a vaccine card or swab test needed? >Yes. All guests must present a vaccination card + ID to enter the place. *Can you arrange special occasion set-ups such as for birthdays, anniversaries, etc? >Of course!
