You will enjoy complete privacy throughout the property. Other things to note Any evidence of smoking inside the home will incur a $1000 cleaning fee. The pool opens for the season generally near the end of April and closes for the winter around mid-October based on weather at the time. If you're planning to use the pool near those times please check with us on the status of the pool. The hot tub remains open year-round for guest enjoyment. If you plan to bring a pet we do charge a fee. To avoid fines, please ensure your pet has been added to your reservation. Notify our team to include this information if your pet was not added during the booking process. It's $300 per pet per stay to bring them along. For the safety and security of our guests and the neighborhood, there are external security cameras in the following locations on this home: 1. Doorbell 2. Upper rear balcony left 3.
