The whole space has been completely remodeled and is ready for you! The space Living Area - abundant seating on the couch, love seat and comfy chair while you relax with your favorite Netflix or Prime show on the 55” TV. Just login and enjoy! Kitchen - Enjoy the large open kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove/convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. This well stocked eat-in kitchen has a large dining table with seating for 6. Charcoal grill on the side patio with utensils provided. Bathroom - full bathroom with shower/tub combination has been updated in the same style as the rest of the home and also includes a Bosch Washer/Dryer set. Plentiful bath towels, beach towels and travel size shampoo & conditioner provided. Master Bedroom - complete with a queen size bed, 32” TV and chair, the master bedroom is a stylish and spacious room with a closet which has plenty of room for bags and clothes. Second Bedroom - with a fresh, coastal feel this cozy bedroom has a double bed, dresser and a spot for hanging your clothes. You can also relax on the patio and enjoy the spacious shared yard and hammock. Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach to enjoy the sand & sun or grab a bite at several local eateries around the corner. The Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway is just across A1A with SUP and boat rentals, fishing pier, picnic areas, a shady playground and gorgeous sunset views. Malacompra Park also has tennis courts, pickleball courts, sand volleyball, grills, a pavilion and sunny playground. Publix is just south of the cottage! Hammock Dunes toll bridge to the mainland is no charge. If returning to the island the toll is $3.00/ car. You can stop and get a pass if you are planning to go back and forth often.
