It is a 10-minute walk the Upper Village (base of Blackcomb) and a 12-minute walk to the Main Village (base of Whistler). That’s 2-3 minutes by car. Ski Access From your door, walk 2 minutes to the end of the complex. From there, access the Yellow Brick Road Run, a gentle slope to the base of Blackcomb and its new gondola or the Magic Chair, a beginner’s favorite. To ski back, take the Yellow Brick Road and cut left at Magic Chair Tower #6. Depending on the weather, ski right to your door! Added conveniences Complimentary concierge services. We’ll answer questions and manage the details of your Whistler trip: airport transfers, private and group ski & snowboard lessons, lift passes, equipment rentals, activities, heli-skiing, dinner reservations and pre-arrival groceries. There is parking for 1 vehicle driveway as well as unreserved guest parking spaces. Things to Know The home has air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and master bedroom. Fans are provided for the other bedrooms. The garage is converted to a den and there is no window. Ski access will depend on snow cover but most years you can ski in/out from December to April. If you are walking it is best to walk down the side of the Yellow Brick Road ski run. Glacier Drive is a winding road with no sidewalk and not recommended for pedestrians. Sorry, no pets.
