Come visit one of the best places on the Frio River. Oasis Resort has it all - a private riverbank, two swimming pools, basketball / volleyball, playground area, cabana area, gorgeous views of Mt. Baldy, and located at Mager's crossing. All rentals have Wifi, Smart TV, fully stocked kitchens, fire pit, and a charcoal BBQ pit. With room for up to 10 guests, these homes make it easy to gather together while still having plenty of private space. What You’ll Love: The Location: Set inside Oasis Resort, close to the Frio River and scenic Mt. Baldy. The Space: Open living areas, private bedrooms, and outdoor spaces for dining and relaxing. The Comfort: Central A/C and heating, a fully stocked kitchen, and cozy furnishings for the whole crew. Inside Your Home Living Area: Spacious living room with a sleeper sofa (full-size) Smart TV for entertainment Dining table for 8 Kitchen: Fully furnished with cookware, dishes, and appliances Bedrooms & Baths: Bedroom 1: Queen bed with private en-suite bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen bed, shares full bath Bedroom 3: Queen-over-queen bunk bed, shares full bath Additional Sleeping: Full-size sofa bed in the living room Two full bathrooms total Outdoor Spaces Covered front porch for morning coffee Side patio with BBQ pit and picnic table Fire pit for evening gatherings under the stars Rates Peak Season: Memorial Day – Labor Day Off Season: All other times, except Easter & Spring Break Guest access You have full access to your rental. * Check-in is at 3:00 pm. The cabin has a keyless entry system to make it easy for your arrival. Checkout is at 11:00 am. You do not need to check in or out at an office. You will receive your arrival instructions with your access code about a week before check-in. * River access – you can access the river from our property (river area is deeper in this area) or you can walk outside of Oasis and down to the crossing and enter the river this way. This seems to be the easiest access for most. In addition to this rental, we have several other rentals that can accommodate anywhere from 8 to 18 guests. Other things to note We provide a starter pack of essentials: 1 roll of paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags. Every bed is made with linens, comforters, pillows, and mattress pads. You’ll also have 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest, placed on the beds or in the bathrooms. Anything beyond the starter pack will be the guest’s responsibility to replenish during the stay. Cell service is limited in the area. AT&T and T-Mobile typically work best here, but coverage can be spotty — a perfect excuse to unplug and enjoy the river! Please remember, this is the Frio River experience — where many guests camp or stay in tents. Our cabins are cozy, well-stocked, and designed to give you comfort while still keeping that Hill Country charm. This isn’t a plush hotel stay, but a true river escape where memories are made.
