The space The bungalow is a newly renovated ground floor level apartment in a 1967 split level home. The backyard and patio are private and separated from the family's space by the back half of the house. Upon entering, you will find yourself in a efficient modern kitchen, with a bar that seats 4. The kitchen is open to a comfortable living space with a mounted 43 inch 4K TV, a couch and swivel chair. You will also find a desk and desk chair in this space for use as your dedicated workspace. This room and the bedroom have their own air units for total control by you during your stay. The bedroom is spacious with a comfy queen bed and plenty of room for your belongings. A second, 32 inch TV is mounted across from the bed, for those nights you want to fall asleep while binge watching your favorite show. The closet in the space is an owner's closet, but we have a rack with hangers for your use and a dresser. The bathroom is stylish, with plenty or counterspace and a full stacked washer and dryer. We provide soap, shampoo and conditioner, a hairdryer, laundry soap, dryer sheets, stain remover and all the linens and paper products you need. Guest access You'll follow the diamond brick pathway around the right side of the house to access the bungalow. The brick patio and yard that you see are for your use. We have a pair of owls that visit frequently as well as a family of deer that graze often at dusk. You will access the bungalow with the keypad. The entire space is yours! Other things to note We are happy to accommodate reasonable early check-in or late check-out requests when possible.
