From what we can tell the McCauley Family owned it for nearly 100 years and at some point in time they did a conversion to a 4-plex apartment building. We bought the building in 2022 and have worked hard to restore every room. In this apartment you will find an original fireplace and all of the modern amenities that you would expect to include a Queen Bed, Fully Stocked Kitchen and Large Soaking Tub. The apartment features High Speed Internet with an access point for ethernet and Smart TV's in both the Kitchen and the bedroom.
