Buddha's Cloud

Unique, centrally-located and freshly updated upstairs apartment in duplex. We’ve done our best to freshen this private second floor unit in our old ugly home. Amish made kitchen cabinets, island and furniture. New appliances and fixtures. View granddad’s bluff out the bedroom window! Close to UWL, Viterbo, Mayo Clinic, and downtown (8 block walk to 3rd street). We currently live in the downstairs apartment with our dogs. The space This is a one+ bedroom second floor apartment in our old home. We’ve done our best to make a comfortable space for up to four guests. There is one full bedroom with a closet and one separate office/den/br space with a small dresser, desk, 2nd tv, beanbag and futon that drops to a full sized bed. There are extra linens and pillows if you plan to use the futon or couch for sleeping. The apartment has an open concept living room and kitchen/dining space with a 55” smart tv, a large, extremely comfortable couch, a large island table with 4 chairs and another small dining table. The kitchen has been updated with new Amish made cabinets and island as well as new appliances, countertops and fixtures. Most of the furniture is newly built by a local Amish family just outside of Cashton. Guest access This is a private one bedroom, one bath apartment with a separate private office/den area that has a desk, a huge beanbag and a full sized futon. Guests also have access to a shared half bath which is outside the private unit, a meditation area, and our shared backyard space that is fully fenced, although large dogs wanting out may be able to penetrate the fence as it’s only about 40 inches high. Be sure to say hello to our Great Pyrenees puppy. His name is Buddha (he’s not a puppy anymore!) He is the one, however, who destroyed the yard. Other things to note There is one parking spot in the alley next to the garage for your use, and there is plenty more parking space on the street in front of the house. Enter the apartment through the back door of the house. Please stick to the sidewalk to enter the house in order to avoid any pyranese holes/dog waste that we have missed. We apologize for the current state of the yard. Our dog, Buddha, is huge and can dig a hole with just a single scoop of his giant paw. Feel free to say hello to him or the others; they are extremely friendly. We will be working to improve the backyard area as time allows. Thank you for your understanding.
