Enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil grayling getaway. Relax in an apartment of your own located directly on the Clearwater River. Water recreation is awaiting just steps away from your back door. With a large yard and the Clearwater State Recreation Site just a short walk or quick drive away, the outdoor Alaskan activities are limitless from this charming downstairs apartment. The space Bedroom #1 provides a king-sized bed. Bedroom #2 provides a queen. There is a workspace in a general-use area. Enjoy cooking in a fully equipped kitchen. Although there is no oven, the shared grill out back and the convection microwave should be able to address all your baking needs. The floors can sometimes be cool. Indoor shoes or slippers are recommended. Guest access Your apartment and the surrounding outdoor area on the property are permissible for your use. The grill and nearby outdoor furniture is also available. Any outbuildings, the upstairs apartment, and the deck are currently off-limits to guests. Other things to note The outdoor space is equally as enjoyable as the indoor. With a fire pit and solid bench to sit on, you can hang out by the river and enjoy the outdoor surroundings that only Alaska can provide. There's plenty of room for outdoor activities such as throwing frisbees or playing croquet and plenty of trees for just hanging out in a hammock. (Hammocks are not provided). Bring your own boat, kayak, or canoe and explore the area by the water. Don’t forget your hip waders and fishing rods as well. This place is truly quite the catch! This apartment is located on the lower level of the house so stairs are necessary for access. Some of the property has somewhat steep bank slopes. Children should be monitored at all times. You may share the outdoor living space with us (the owners) or other guests. Boats, kayaks, and fishing rods are not provided. Bring your bug dope!
