The newly built apartment in 2022 is 74 m², located on the ground floor and is ideal for families or small groups of up to four people with a total of three rooms. The open kitchen is directly connected to the living room and leaves nothing to be desired: a modern induction stove, oven, extra freezer, dishwasher, microwave and numerous other appliances such as a coffee maker, mixer, toaster, egg cooker and kettle make uncomplicated self-catering possible. The adjoining storage room offers enough space for your supplies. The attractive dining area with its large, round dining table invites you to share meals or to chat and play games with family or friends. Books and games are at your disposal. From the open kitchen, you enter the bright living area with its comfortable corner sofa, the cozy armchair, the two coffee tables and the smart TV. This way, you will always find a pleasant retreat or space for relaxation and social moments. Two cozy bedrooms with comfortable 1.80 m wide double box spring beds with wardrobe or dresser and clothes rail and smart TVs offer you the necessary comfort for relaxing vacation nights. A private washing machine in the bathroom, iron, ironing board and drying rack provide additional amenities for longer stays. The gas central heating and underfloor heating in the entire apartment ensure a pleasant living climate. Smoke detectors in the rooms, fly screens and pleated blinds on all windows, as well as blackout in the bedrooms ensure safety and comfort.
