Private room in house with terrace

Enjoy a room in a stylish and centrally-located place. A 30-minute walk from Saint Charles train station, located at the Lavie Falls, Palais Longchamp is a 15-minute walk away and the neighborhood is very well connected by transport. The house has a terrace. The bedroom is located on the terrace with a private bathroom. We share the terrace, living room\kitchen and toilet areas. Guest access You have access to the living room and terrace that we share. As well as the toilet located in the house that we also share. During your stay I am available throughout the stay to answer any questions you may have and to give you tips on Marseille and its region if you wish.
