Experience the best of both worlds with a unique blend of seclusion and accessibility as we are located 15 minutes from downtown Gunnison, 20 minutes from the ATV trails of Pitkin, and 45 minutes from the shops and mountain adventures in Crested Butte. The ranch itself has opportunities for hiking and fishing so long as it is discussed with the hosts first! Guest access Guests have full access to the house. The two barns on the property are not accessible during the stay, but if you are looking for more space for your group, let the host know as additional bedrooms may be available on the ranch for an additional cost! Guests must get written permission from the host if they would like to fish or hunt. Walking and ATV trails are accessible, just let the host know you would like directions for them.
