A 68 sqm ground floor apartment in an apartment building in a quiet residential area in the upper part of Bühlertal. It is located at an altitude of 450 m overlooking the Black Forest. The space Starting from the private parking space in front of the house is the garden with terrace, from where the apartment can be entered via a separate entrance. You enter the apartment via the living/dining area. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom can be reached via an adjacent hallway. In the living room, in addition to the TV with satellite connection, there is also a DVD player. The sofa can also be used as a sleeping option. The dining table with space for up to six people invites you to linger. The kitchen is fully equipped with various kitchen utensils and dishes, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave. In the bedroom there is a 1.40 m bed, a sofa bed and a wardrobe. On the terrace there is garden furniture (table with chairs) and a charcoal grill. In the storage room there is the washing machine with clothes rack and basket. A high chair and baby/child travel bed can be provided upon request at no extra charge. Guest access The apartment with terrace and garden is available for the exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note Bühlertal is a climatic health resort and from the age of 16 years a tourist tax of €1.60 per person per day of stay is due. This is already included in the nightly rate and you will receive a guest card (KONUS) upon arrival. This allows you to use public transport in the Black Forest by bus and train free of charge and receive further discounts (e.g. a discount at the local outdoor pool).
