Our light-filled, secluded home is set on 1.5 acres on a very quiet street and surrounded by trees. We've outfitted it as our own beautiful, comfortable retreat. The upstairs lookout-living room looks over the treetops and catches stunning sunsets. Wraparound outdoor deck with dining area and gas grill leads to adjacent pool area, which is visible from the kitchen. Well-stocked kitchen and linen closest with comfy towels, high-end sheets, cloth napkins, placemats, and everything you need. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed and en suite bathroom with a brand-new shower and tub. One guest room has a queen-size bed, while the other has a full. Both have lovely views of trees, and are in close proximity to the guest bath, which has a glass-enclosed shower. Both guest bedrooms have small desks, as does the upstairs living room. A recently built outdoor shower by the pool has great water pressure and views of the treetops. The pool is fenced in and accompanied by four chaise lounges, a conversation area, and lots of pool floats. Ping pong table in the basement and bocce in the driveway. Enjoy your own music through our multi-zone stereo system, as well as the super-fast wifi (400 mbs) that covers the entire house. It's ideal for working remotely or streaming your favorite content. The three TV's include paid subscriptions to YouTubeTV, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, and Netflix. The upstairs living room offers a truly immersive surround sound experience with Dolby Atmos. We recently installed a house-wide water purification system that provides filtered drinking water at every tap. Access to the entire house, yard, pool area, garage, and basement. We are available by phone or email at any time and just a couple of hours away. We have a lovely local caretaker who is available 24/7. She will meet guests at check in. Very quiet neighborhood off small street that seems private. Conveniently located between Sag Harbor and East Hampton. We tend to shop, eat, and walk around both. Around 10 minutes to East Hampton Main Beach and 8 minutes to East Hampton train station. Car or bike. Around 8 minutes from East Hampton train station. No smoking. No large parties, events, or loud outdoor music. (It's a very quiet neighborhood.) No groups under age 30 or with more than six people. We do require a valid ID/proof of age.
