Cottage at the Seaside

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The home is just ready for a relaxing stay. The lovely relaxing front verandah will allow you to relax and have your morning coffee listening to the birds and sounds of the sea. The house has 2 double beds, 1 in a back room and 1 in the side room. There is a fold out couch in the lounge room for extra guest. Please note that all guests will need to be noted down. The space The house is a queenslander and is fully equiped house with kitchen and laundry area. We have lots of extra too. If you book 1 person you will have a lovely double room . the house has full kitchen and sun room. if you are wanting a long term sta then in my Guest access The guest has the house too themselves. Private house in Forrest Beach no Share. But if they have not booked for 3 or 4 person than then 1 room will not be opened. no one else will stay at property but the guest booking. . Due to special booking if guest require 2 single beds it will have to made up and at least a week in advance for extra people. So Please make sure you advise if the single beds are required prior to booking. for 4 people. Other than that it will be 2 double beds,1 queen bed and there is a futon. Other things to note We are at Forrest Beach wonderful relaxing beach . We have a stinger enclosure on the beach front lots of eateries too. no smoking in house. If you use the stove must be kept clean. NO dirty shoes in House. please all shoes removed before entering house includes sandshoes. There is 2 double beds and a couch futon . We have the house set up but 1 area a Room due to the no screens on window and door it is closed off that is not for guest access. The guest have the 2 rooms 2 double beds and 1 lunge room and kitchen private bathroom and laundry. . Garden shed is not for guest use, also is a room to front of house closed off.. please note that it is 2 double beds and 1 futon. so if you not a couple there is not 4 beds. There is 2 beds 1 futon. plus matress. If you require 4 beds there will be a extra charge. We can do if enough time before the booking to make up 2 singles beds. this will be in the other 3 room that is closed off . We will only open this for 4 people or 3.
