The property is attached to another unit that may occasionally be occupied by other guests or residents. During your stay, you may see other people in the shared outdoor areas, or you may not encounter anyone at all. Your privacy is very important to us, and guests are always expected to respect each other's space. You will not be disturbed during your stay. Other things to note There is no real kitchen with a sink to rinse dishes, for that there is a fountain in the barbecue area outside, however there is everything you need to cook one pot, a pan, plates, glasses, goblets, cutlery ... for 4 people, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, 42 L mini fridge, for cooking there is an external barbecue, or the single electric hob and home delivery service in the evening from a nearby pizzeria restaurant. - The private road to access the villa is steep at the end, it is asphalted but currently has irregularities, these are waiting to be fixed, but it is safe and passable even by large cars, 2 free parking spaces available. - The loft is independent with its private bathroom, it is attached to another house, the garden is shared with the latter.
