Beautifully renovated 1880's historic studio located in "Greenwood Manor" directly beside Athena Studios. This is a private studio located inside the historic home with access to the common areas including fire pit, desk, sitting area, porch, etc. This beautiful studio comes fully furnished with desk, sectional and full size bed. The kitchen and bathroom are both newly renovated with new appliances and cabinetry in the kitchen and restored bathroom. Original flooring throughout! The space Welcome to Greenwood Manor, built in 1880. This was the original home of Colonel Murrell built on site, with all lumber being milled from the property itself. Your new home is located on the 1st floor as soon as you walk in through the back door (green glass door). There are 5 totally separate apartments in the home. When you enter your new home, you are greeted with a large living/sleeping area with a desk that folds out for your afternoon email needs. The comfortable full-size bed is designed for firm or medium firmness sleepers. The mattress is made so it can be flipped to your desired firmness for optimal sleep. The living/sleeping area is equipped with a new smart tv with ESPN Plus included!! Please note, only 3 tvs can stream ESPN at once so please do not leave on the app if you are not watching. This is shared with our other airbnbs. The desk area folds out to a single eating area. Off of the living/sleeping area, you have a completely new kitchen, including quartz countertops and backsplash! Your kitchen comes with gas stove, all kitchen necessities including spices for cooking, pots and pans, digital toaster, Ninja 10 cup coffee maker, and new appliances. The desk in the living area also can be used for eating dinner if needed. The master bathroom has been completely restored with a clawfoot tub/shower combo and antique vanity redesigned for with gold sink and marble faucet. Off the sleeping area, there is a small reach in closet with shelving for your clothes during your stay. Laundry is shared with the downstairs tenants located off the main back hall through the older barnwood door. Guest access All interior and exterior common areas are welcome for all to enjoy! Each rental has their own digital locks to ensure the utmost privacy when inside your home. Other things to note This is an historic home and can have quirks. All flooring is original, with little to no creeking.
