This large villa located in the heart of a magnificent 8000 m2 wooded park, on a cove directly overlooking the Indian Ocean, offers many relaxation areas: living room, dining room, kitchen, barbecue, massage room, many terraces overlooking the ocean, garden, swings: representing the common areas. The garden offers access by pontoon to a magnificent reef: mangroves, natural pools, fishing and swimming possible at low tide (under your responsibility and monitoring of the tides). A more suitable beach for swimming is close to the village. - 4 large suite-type bedrooms of about 40 m2, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor, rented independently, each with a bathroom, toilet and terrace.
