BATHROOM - Bidet - Shower Heater - Toilet Paper - Bath towels - Body wash, shampoo, hand wash Guest access Condo Requirements: Valid IDs and proof of full COVID vaccination. -Once booked, all guests/tenants are required to submit a copy of their valid IDs and vaccination cards/records for us to process your guest pass/authorization. Security is VERY STRICT and will only allow guests with authorized pass to enter the building. With this, ALL guests are required to submit a copy of their ID's for admin approval of the guest pass at least a day before arrival. No same-day processing. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in so please submit these requirements as soon as possible. Swimming Pool Timings and Guest Rates Tuesday to Sunday, 6am to 9am and 5pm to 9pm Monday - closed for maintenance Day use: Adult - Php 150/guest/day, Kids - Php 50/guest/day Night use: Adult - Php 200/guest/day, Kids - Php 50/guest/day Kids 7 years old and below are free but must be accompanied by an adult Indoor Fitness Gym Timings and Guest Rates Tuesday to Sunday, 6am to 9am and 5pm to 9pm Monday - closed for maintenance Limited to 2 hours per use per guest Day use: Adult - Php 150/guest/day Night use: Adult - Php 200/guest/day Kids 12 years old are not permitted to use the gym. Parking: Parking is available inside for a fee. Please ask security for availability. Other things to note For long stays (min. 20 days stay): -You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once a month. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff 1,000 PHP to cover labor and laundry. Your linens and towels will be replaced. -Electricity bill must not exceed 3,000 PHP for the month. Any charge in excess shall be at the guest's expense. -Monthly stays are already automatically discounted upon booking (3% discount). Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out.
