New Forest - Large studio annex with hot tub

A vey spacious and private studio annex in the New Forest National Park. Set in 9 acres overlooking paddocks and a restricted wildlife trust reserve, this perfect hideaway has direct forest access via a private wood. The annex is a perfect location for walkers, cyclists, golfers and visitors looking for a relaxing break. Pubs and restaurants are within walking distance. The space 75 square metres of space for 2 people, with a king size bed. The bedroom area is light, with french doors leading onto the decking. The sitting/dining room has a large wood burner, sofa and recliner seat and a smart television with multiple apps. The kitchen area is well equipped, with a cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a large walk-in shower room with electric shower and a heated towel rail. The outside deck has a variety of garden furniture, and a Weber bbq (gas provided). We provide a free basket of logs for the wood burner (see photo for size). If you require more there is an additional charge of £5 per basket. The hot tub is exclusive to paying guests and has lighting and a Bluetooth speaker. Dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £5 per dog per night. This is payable by cash on your arrival please. Guest access There is parking for two vehicles next to the annex. Other things to note Smoking is not permitted inside the annex. Please be aware I accept bookings for a minimum of 2 nights. The property is accessed via telephone operated electric gates. To operate these you will need to provide the cellphone number you will call from. Dogs are welcome to stay at a small charge of £5 per night per dog which can be paid in cash on arrival please!
