Some of the best fishing, biking, trails, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. The pole barn has been converted into a game room and caters to families and kids of all ages! This TC home has 1/2 acre of backyard fun! Hot tub open all year long. Plenty of space to park you RV or boat. Close to everything. The space Great location! We have heated the pole barn which houses a game room, large TV, comfy couches, music, bar area, a peloton and much more! 1/2 bath in pole barn. You have the whole house, yard and pole barn to yourself. Lots to do in the pole barn and yard. Relax, play games, music (outdoor Bluetooth speakers). Soak in the hot tub. The front of house is on a busy Traverse City thruway yet the home offers many options for R&R. Come “Up North” for some awesome summer fun, a family holiday, or a cozy winter escape. Guest access This is not a shared space. You will have access to the whole house, backyard and pole barn. Plenty of parking available for cars, boats, RVs. Other things to note Dogs up to 40 lbs are allowed. 2 pet max. $80 per pet. No cats. Extra person fee $90. Absolutely no smoking in Airbnb or pole barn. There will be a $350 charge for smoking inside the house or pole barn. Owner is a Licensed Massage Therapist. Massages available upon request. We also offer rides/tours to beautiful wineries on the Peninsula or to various Leelanau wineries. 4 hour minimum. 5 people max. Live music also available around the campfire.
