Nearby trails, beaches, dunes, shopping, restaurants, wineries, breweries, coffee shops. Heated pole barn is an epic game room & caters to kids of all ages! This TC home has 1/2 acre of backyard fun. Fence keeps dogs/kids safe. Hot tub. Outdoor shower. Cozy fire pit. Lots of parking. Close to everything 🏖️ The space Great location! Fully stocked home. We have a heated pole barn which houses a game room, large TV, karaoke, comfy couches, bar area, a peloton and much more! 1/2 bath in pole barn. Outdoor shower for warm summer days. You have the whole house, yard and pole barn to yourself. Relax, play games, corn hole, music (outdoor Bluetooth speakers). Cozy up at the fire pit. Soak in the hot tub. The front of house is on a busy Traverse City thruway yet the home offers many options for R&R. Spacious enclosed back yard keeps kids and pets safe. You will have access to the whole house, backyard and pole barn. Plenty of parking available for cars, boats, RVs. Other things to note Dogs up to 40 lbs are allowed. 2 pet max. $70 per pet, per stay. No cats. Guests are responsible for any damage done to home. We prefer that pets are crated while you’re away from the property. Extra person may be considered for a small fee per night. Absolutely no smoking in Airbnb or pole barn. There will be a $350 charge for smoking inside the house or pole barn.
