Set back from Lake Champlain on a private road with lots of privacy, you are walking distance from the Alburgh Recreational Rail Trail & downtown. Near Missisquoi Wildlife Refuge trails. Beautiful sunrises and reflections of gorgeous sunsets! Just 2 miles from Canada, 55 miles from Montreal! Easy day trip! The space The cottage is actually a big tiny house with cherry beams, vaulted ceiling, full kitchen, bath and fantastic easy to use comfortable Murphy bed! It is brand new; built in 2022! Has beautiful paintings from artists of Cape Cod, Colorado, Maine and more! The tiny house is attached to the main cottage and has a separate entrance with private patio area with grill, chairs and table. This back area is very quiet and has a beautiful forest view. Very peaceful! Guest access We have a privately owned park shared with 8 other owners that has a beach and access to the lake. You can swim from there, kayak and the view is fantastic!
