(Bedroom 3 and 4 share a full bathroom). The development has common use amenities: Private beach, beach club with 1 pool, roof garden (with 2 pools), 2 pools in the lower area, restaurant, bar, gym, SPA, movie room, children's playroom, double-height lobby, 24-hour security. IMPORTANT: 1. The use of iceboxes on the beach and/or pools is not allowed. 2. The complex will request a recovery fee of $100.00 pesos per person upon arrival and wristbands will be provided to make use of amenities. Guest access Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Check-out at 11:00 AM Check-in at different times is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Other things to note Cleaning: For reservations of 5 nights or more, a simple intermediate cleaning is carried out (sweeping, mopping, and dusting). For reservations of 15 nights or more, a deep intermediate cleaning is carried out with a change of linens and towels.
