Home in Anna Maria

Come stay at our beautiful beach house in Anna Maria, Florida! Located just a few hundred feet from the beach on Maple Avenue, you can easily walk to the Gulf for a day of family fun on the white sand beaches. The house is also walking or biking distance to center of Anna Maria with great restaurants. Please Note: We want to respect our neighbors. This is not a party house. We have a six person and three car maximum. Please reach out for exceptions. If not, you will be asked to leave. The space The house is a 4 bed 2.5 bath open layout. There is a master bedroom with king bed, two bedrooms with queens and a fourth room with a twin trundle bed and a crib for the little ones. The kitchen dining and living areas are combined into a great room space with direct access to a wrap around balcony that over looks the street. Access to the beach is walking distance at the end of the street. Guest access You will have full access to the house. There is one small attic area that is locked and the garage will remain off limits as well. Other than that the entire place is yours! Spacious driveway that will easily park 3 cars. Other things to note Closet airport is Sarasota International (around 30 minutes away). Tampa International is just over an hour away. St Pete International is about 45 minutes to an hour drive.
