New holiday home on Søndeled! Great location in quiet residential area with nice neighbors and views of Søndeled fjord. We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet. Electricity is not included and will be charged separately The pool is available from May 1 to October 1 The space The modern house consists of a spacious entrance that leads to an open living room-kitchen solution. There are 3 bedrooms available, where all rooms have 2 beds - which can stand freely as single beds or be put together to double beds. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower cabinet, and everything is on one floor. Guest access You are welcome to use the entire 1st floor. Other things to note Bed linen is not included. Can be rented extra for NOK 100 per set.
